Lee è nato il 18/07/1981 in Galles ed è cresciuto ad Oxford. A Giocomondo insegna inglese.

“Sono nato nelle montagne gallesi e sono cresciuto ad Oxford, viaggiare ed insegnare sono la mia passione. Durante la mia infanzia sono stato membro di un’organizzazione militare giovanile, lì ho capito quali potevano essere i benefici dell’apprendimento e dell’insegnamento non convenzionali ed è proprio questo che mi attrae di Giocomondo. Viaggiare mi ha regalato meravigliose opportunità per insegnare l’inglese in luoghi diversi del mondo come il Nepal e la Cina, dove io stesso ho imparato dai miei studenti in termini di lingua e cultura. Trieste adesso è casa mia e finalmente ho l’opportunità di immergermi nella meravigliosa lingua italiana, la mia prima lingua straniera, questo mi aiuta immensamente ad entrare in empatia con la sfida che i nostri studenti affrontano ogni giorno. E sì è vero – il cibo è più appetitoso qui!”

“Born in the Welsh mountains and raised in Oxford my passion for travel and teaching is a part of my genetic make up. During my childhood, as a member of a youth military organisation, I realised the stimulating benefits of learning and teaching whilst in non-conventional situations and I think this is what attracts me to the Giocomondo approach to sharing languages. Traveling and climbing mountains has brought me wonderful opportunities to teach English in places as diverse as Nepal and China although I invariably learn as much from my students as I teach them, both in terms of language and culture. Trieste is now home for me and so I finally have the opportunity to immerse myself in the wonderful Italian language, my first foreign language. This helps me immensely to empathise with the challenge our students face whilst also convincing me more than ever of the benefits they earn. And yes it’s true – the food is slightly more appetising here!
