Réka è nata in Ungheria ed è laureata in Psicologia. A Giocomondo insegna inglese.

“Sono nata e cresciuta in Ungheria. Le mie capacità di comunicare ed esprimermi con gli altri hanno avuto un ruolo importante nella mia vita, perciò le lingue sono state sempre le mie materie preferite. La mia relazione con la lingua inglese è iniziata nel secondo anno delle elementari, quando ho avuto una maistra molto brava ed entusiasta che mi ha fatto innamorare di questa lingua. Dopo, attraverso parenti e amici negli Stati Uniti e in Inghilterra, e ovviamente anche altre maistre molto brave, la lingua inglese è rimasta con me anche a casa mia qua a Trieste!

Un altro aspetto molto importante della mia vita è essere sempre circondata dai bambini da quando i miei fratelli e sorella sono nati. Quando dovevo decidere cosa studiare, ero indecisa tra pedagogia e psicologia. Alla fine ho scelto psicologia ma l’amore di lavorare con bambini è sempre rimasto con me. Ho trovato che giocare, cantare, creare, ascoltare le fiabe e i gioci di ruolo sono i modi più naturali di scoprire la vita. Sono come la lingua madre dei bambini per imparare della vita. E le lingue sono vive se le usiamo ogni giorno nelle nostre situazioni quotidiane! Per questo mi piace il metodo di giocomondo e ci credo! Vedo che è proprio questo che gli insegnanti a Giocomondo trasmettono ai loro studenti attraverso il loro entusiasmo,creatività e risate.”

“I was born and raised in Hungary. My ability to communicate and express myself to others has played an important role in my life and therefore, languages have always been my favourite subjects. My relationship with the English language started in my second year of elementary school when I was taught by a very nice and enthusiastic teacher who made me love this language. Then through relatives, friends in the USA and England, and of course through other very good teachers, the language stayed with me; even in my home here in Trieste! Another very important aspect of my life was being always surrounded by children since my siblings were born. When deciding what to study, I hesitated to choose between studying Pedagogy or Psychology but then in the end I decided on Psychology but the love of working with children is still with me! I found that playing, singing, creating, role-playing, and listening fairy-tales is the most natural way of discovering the world. It is like the mother tongue of children for learning about life. And languages are alive if we use them in our every day situations! This is why I love Giocomondo’s method and believe in it! I see that this is what the teachers at Giocomondo transmit to their students through their enthusiasm, creativity and laughter.”
